This three-session starter package is the perfect way to experience health coaching and take the first step toward feeling like yourself again. Whether you’re curious about coaching or have a specific focus in mind — like waking up rested, feeling less stressed, or finally figuring out what foods actually make you feel good — this is where we begin. I know how hard it can be to make change stick when life doesn’t slow down, and that’s exactly why I created this first step.
Together, we’ll slow the noise, tune into your body’s signals, and connect the dots between your thoughts, energy, and daily habits. You’ll learn to notice what your body’s telling you and use that awareness to make simple, meaningful changes that last.

Our signature, full-service coaching package combines structure, accountability, and a holistic mind-body approach to help you transform how you feel — inside and out. Over three months, we’ll explore the root causes of what’s holding you back and build habits that align with your values, your schedule, and your energy. I’ve seen what works, what doesn’t, and how small, consistent shifts can unlock the kind of energy and ease you’ve been missing.
You’ll learn how to listen to your body’s signals, shift your mindset, and create sustainable routines around nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. This is the deep, consistent support that helps you not just start change — but sustain it.
