The name Nefesh comes from the Hebrew word for soul — a reminder of the connection between body, mind, and spirit. It represents the whole self — the physical, emotional, and spiritual parts of who we are that must work together for real, lasting well-being.
Nefesh Living was created to help moms in midlife reconnect with that whole self — to nourish your soul, move past burnout, restore energy, and feel strong and capable again. This isn’t about chasing perfection; it’s about creating meaningful change that helps you live with clarity, confidence, and purpose every day.

About Me
Hi, I’m Rebecca — a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC), and the founder of Nefesh Living. I help smart, capable moms in midlife who are tired of spinning their wheels finally feel better in their bodies and their lives — for good.
My Background
Before this work, I spent over two decades in public relations, management consulting, and executive coaching. I worked with high-achieving women every day — women who were leading teams, raising families, and keeping it all together on the outside. But inside? They were running on fumes. I knew, because I was one of them.
That experience — and my own midlife wake-up call — pushed me to find a better way.

You don’t need another plan — you need a way to make it stick. I created Nefesh Living to help women move from knowing what to do to actually doing it — consistently. My approach blends functional medicine, mindset coaching, and real-life strategies that fit into busy schedules. No quick fixes. No extremes. Just small, sustainable shifts that create real results.
